Staying Alive provides defibrillator mapping and citizen responders management. The App is available in 18 languages and maps over 120.000 defibrillators worldwide.Staying Alive is an award winning free App designed and developed by AEDMAP.Main features include:- AED location : locate the 10 closest AEDs near you or in a specific address, through the use of a live database that is updated each time you launch the application.- Reporting of new AED.You can post new defibrillators and now even edit existing ones.- Citizen Responders network: If you are trained to CPR you can register through the App as a Citizen Responder. You can then be notified by the EMS in case of cardiac arrest near you to provide CPR. Regrettablement app ne s'ouvre même plus sans 'location services' en mode 'haute précision'. Alors AUCUNE information, comme instruction CPR, numéros telephone, etc. n'est disponible. SÉRIEUSEMENT? :((
Could be 5 stars but big gaps in locations of AEDs. Needs to be linked up with AED providers (HeartSafe etc) to get all their current AEDs mapped.
Is it possible to switch app language?
I wanted to register as a citizen responder in my area, but it won't accept my Canadian postal code. It just continues to say invalid zip, but zip codes aren't used in my country. I haven't yet used the app otherwise.
The 3 nearest defibrillators to me were all in wrong location. I changed those that I could, but one should have been over 50 miles away. Availability 24/7 would be a good map feature.
Is ask UDID permission granted what is this
This app is so far out of date it's dangerous. I've deleted it.
Crashed while trying to find ones in area.
Why not use the data from openstreetmap? It could literally save lifes.
